Precision Horological Services

Timeline depends on the scope of work. Case-back services are completed in 5–8 business days. A comprehensive caliber service requires 3–4 weeks for proper disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and regulation. Prestige transformations may extend to 6–14 weeks, as these involve full restoration with careful attention to every detail. We provide a specific timeline estimate after the initial assessment.

When you bring your watch to our atelier, we conduct a careful examination. We test timekeeping accuracy, inspect case and crystal condition, check water resistance seals, and evaluate the movement's operation. You receive a written proposal outlining the recommended work, associated costs, and expected timeline. Nothing proceeds without your approval.

We work with most mechanical watches, including Swiss, German, and Japanese movements. Some highly specialized or proprietary calibers may require manufacturer-specific tools or parts that we cannot access. During your initial consultation, we assess whether we can provide appropriate service for your particular timepiece.

Our pricing reflects the time, skill, and materials required for each service. Standard services have established rates, as listed on our solutions page. Complex restorations are quoted individually after assessment. The proposal you receive includes all anticipated costs. If unforeseen issues are discovered during service, we contact you before proceeding with any additional work.

All services are covered by a warranty period against defects in our workmanship. This covers issues directly related to the service performed. Normal wear, accidental damage, and problems unrelated to our intervention are not covered. The specific warranty duration is provided with your completed service documentation.

We provide specific care recommendations with each completed service. Generally, mechanical watches benefit from regular wear, should be kept away from strong magnetic fields, and require periodic servicing every 4–6 years. Water-resistant watches need gasket replacement during service to maintain their seal. We're available to answer questions about your specific timepiece.
